  • Refundable Deposits: Certain pre-orders may require a refundable deposit. If you cancel your pre-order before the product is shipped, the full deposit will be refunded according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Discounts: Any discounts or promotional offers applied to pre-orders may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to michal@simko.eco. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

2. Product Purchases

  • Eligibility for Refund: Products purchased directly from s-DRIVE are eligible for a refund if they are defective, damaged, or do not meet the specifications provided at the time of sale.

  • Return Process: To initiate a refund, contact our support team at michal@simko.eco with your order details. Approved returns must be shipped back to s-DRIVE in original packaging and condition.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
